Clive Bell

Clive Bell is Professor of Economics Emeritus, Heidelberg University. He was educated at St. John’s College, Cambridge, and has held positions at IDS, Sussex, the World Bank, Johns Hopkins University, Vanderbilt University and Regensburg University.
