Emanuele is a former Country Economist at the IGC in Myanmar. He focuses on programs related to Energy and Environment, Public Financial Management and Taxation, and COVID-19 response. Previously, Emanuele worked as a Research Analyst for the DIME unit at the World Bank, managing a portfolio of impact evaluations in Rwanda. He also supported research operations on projects with the University of Sydney, Stockholm University and Save the Children UK. Emanuele holds an MSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Palermo.
