Gaurav Chiplunkar is an Assistant Professor at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. His research studies the challenges faced by women and youth in the labor market, the role of digital technologies and policy reforms in addressing these challenges, and their impact on aggregate productivity and economic growth. Gaurav holds degrees from Delhi University, LSE, Cambridge, and a Ph.D. from Yale.
