Ghadeer is a workforce and women’s rights activist with a passion for empowering youth to fulfil their personal and professional potential. She has been the CEO of Education for Employment- Jordan (EFE-Jordan) since 2014. EFE Jordan is a livelihoods NGO that focuses on creating economic opportunities for unemployed Jordanian youth and for Syrian and Palestinian refugee youth residing in the kingdom. Ghadeer’s PhD thesis was an attempt to understand the founders of non-profit foundations in Jordan, the why and how.
