Jack Duncan (Amman-based): Jack Duncan serves as a Country Economist at the IGC Jordan Office. His experience spans development economics, data science, and policy analysis. Prior to joining IGC, Jack worked as an ODI Fellow and Data Scientist at the National Institute of Statistics Rwanda, where he led various data modernisation initiatives. Previously, he held roles as a Data Analyst at the UK Health Security Agency and as an Economic Analyst at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with a focus on COVID-19 response and climate policy respectively. Jack holds an MSc in Economic Development from the University of Glasgow and a BSc in Economics from the University of St Andrews.
