Jeremy Foltz is a Professor of Agricultural and Applied Economics, and the Co-Director of Program on Agricultural Technology Studies, at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His research interests include microeconomics of technology adoption, farm structure, agricultural biotecchnology, intellectual property rights, land use, and economic development.
