Jonathan Phillips is studying for a PhD in Government at Harvard University. Previously he worked with a phenomenal team of civil servants to guide investments in the MDGs within Nigeria's Federal Government. He has also studied at SOAS and Oxford, worked for Oxera, and Vivid Economics, consulted for DFID and the World Bank and interned for Martin Horwood MP in the UK Parliament.
