Koyi Grayson is currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Business at the Copperbelt University, School of Graduate Studies in Kitwe. A Research Fellow in Business and Economic and holds an MA in Economics from the University of Zambia as well as an MA in Development Studies ( specialising in human resources and employment from the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague. He has a track record of over 13 years conducting economic and social research. Grayson is the principle consultant to the Ministry of Finance and National Planning (Zambia), Annual Progress Review (APR) of the Implementation of the Sixth national Development Plan (2011-2015). His main areas of research interest are Asian- Africa relations, public sector management, economic and social policy analysis, labour markets and employment, SMEs, Corporate finance and investment, human resources, trade unions and industrial relations.
