Lloyd Mwanza is the Office Administrator responsible for the smooth operation of the Zambia Evidence Lab and the wider IGC Zambia Country Program.
He holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from the University of Zambia. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Copperbelt University.
Lloyd has a wealth of experience in administrative and logistical support, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement. His expertise has contributed to the successful implementation of impactful programs both locally and internationally. Before joining the IGC, he served as a Project Officer for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the "Project for Strengthening Management Capacity of General Hospitals" in Lusaka, Zambia. His professional interests include Programme management, research, development economics, climate change, policy analysis and sustainable development.
