Lwandamo Muwema is the Operations Lead in the Zambia Country Office, driving effective programme delivery through operational leadership, research support and data-informed analysis. He contributes to high-quality project outputs, literature reviews and key publications ensuring accuracy, clarity and impact. Before joining the IGC, Lwandamo previously served as a Public Relations Officer within the Zambian government, where he strengthened public communication and stakeholder engagement.
Lwandamo’s work spans stakeholder partnerships, governance, youth programming, community development, civic engagement and project implementation, with a strong focus on building inclusive and sustainable initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialisation in International Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He brings additional expertise and interest in diplomacy, climate change and foreign languages.
