Mai Elian (Amman-based): Mai Elian serves as an Advisor for IGC Jordan. She is a public sector reform and policy expert with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and international cooperation. She currently leads MEL systems planning for the Government of Jordan under USAID’s Jordan Technical Assistance Program (JTAP). Prior to this, she was Head of Strategic Planning and M&E at the Ministry of Labour. Mai holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (expected 2025), and an MBA in Quality Management from the University of Jordan.
