Mattéo Larrodé is a Data Analyst at the Zambia Evidence Lab (ZEL), a government-led initiative embedded in the Ministry of Finance and National Planning (MoFNP) and supported by the International Growth Centre (IGC).

Mattéo holds an MSc in Social Data Science from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from University College London. Prior to joining the ZEL, he worked as a Data Scientist at the British Red Cross, contributing to humanitarian data infrastructure and open-source analytical tools. His professional interests lie in public-sector data systems, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning to policy-relevant challenges.
