Farhad Alam Bhuiyan is a software engineer and public policy enthusiast with over 12 years of experience spanning software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. He has led large‑scale digital systems in Bangladesh across elections, law enforcement, and financial integrity, and has published internationally on NLP, vision‑language models, and socio‑technical AI. Following Bangladesh’s 2024 mass uprising, he developed the first digital database for the casualties of the uprising. His work focuses on applying computational and data-centric approaches to governance, institutional design, and inclusive development.
