Meeta Keswani Mehra is Professor of Economics for the Centre for International Trade and Development, School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi Centre and joined the department in 2004. She teaches growth theory, environmental economics and regulatory economics at the department. She has also taught graduate courses in resource economics and advanced macroeconomics. Her research areas include growth theory, international trade, environment and climate economics and political economy of regulation.
