Monique Nsanzabaganwa

Monique Nsanzabaganwa is a Rwandan economist and politician who has served as the Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Rwanda since 2011. Monique also served as Minister of Trade and Industry from 2008 to 2011 and Minister of State for Economic Planning in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, she worked as a lecturer in economics at the National University of Rwanda.
