Moussa Saab is a former Policy Economist at the IGC London Hub and was the thematic lead for State. He managed the IGC programmes in the Middle East and has led advisory projects in partnership with senior policymakers and academics on issues pretraining to inclusive growth like private sector development, revenue mobilisation, and privatisation. He also covered the Pakistan and Uganda programmes. Moussa has experience in financial services gained through working as an Associate at the private equity desk of the Gerson Lehrman Group in London with focus on emerging markets.

Moussa is currently pursuing an MBA degree at Imperial College Business School. He also holds an MSc in International Financial Economics from Warwick University with Distinction and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
