Natasha Primo

Natasha Primo joined the City of Cape Town in January 2011, where she is the Head: Organisational Research in the Policy and Strategy Department. Among others, she is responsible for overseeing and setting in place components of the City’s research implementation framework and research knowledge management. This includes serving as a research consultancy for line departments, coordinating a transversal research community of practice, and leading a cross-functional process for SDG localisation in the City. Before joining the City of Cape Town, she worked in the non-profit sector on ICT4D and regional internet policy, research and advocacy.
