Nebil Kellow

Nebil is a Managing Partner of FirstConsult, previously worked with McKinsey Consultants on secondment from FirstConsult. He was also on the Project Management Committee of CapitaLink. Nebil has led First Consult to become the leading consulting company in Ethiopia, being recognized for bringing international standards to the local industry. He has also pioneered several initiatives in Ethiopia working with youth, entrepreneurs and young professionals. Nebil comes from an investment background in the UK, where he spent several years as an equity analyst with Bacon & Woodrow, an investment advisory firm specialising in fund management investment advisory to financial institutions. Nebil was a corporate governance specialist in the firm, where he worked closely with institutional investors to incorporate corporate governance as part of the company research and investing framework in the UK pension fund industry. Nebil has a BSc in Management Sciences, from UMIST, UK and is currently preparing to complete Level 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, a globally-recognised qualification for investment professionals. Nebil speaks fluent English, French, and Amharic.
