Ninon Moreau-Kastler

Ninon Moreau-Kastler is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the EU Tax Observatory at the Paris School of Economics. Their main research is linked to International Trade, Development, and Public Economics. In particular, they are interested in how novel international legislations change international trade and generate regulation avoidance. Before this, they were a PhD candidate at ENS Paris-Saclay (Université Paris-Saclay, CEPS) under the supervision of Mathieu Couttenier and Farid Toubal.
