Oliver Harman is a Senior Policy Economist for the International Growth Centre's (IGC) Cities that Work initiative based at Department of Economics, London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also Research Affiliate at Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.

His three thematic interests include urbanisation, decentralisation and internationalisation.
