Reja Amatya

Reja Amatya is the co-founder and chief operation officer of Waya Energy. Waya Energy was founded to transition applied research into commercial software products and consultancy services for the international community. Waya Energy is looking to incorporate renewable generation and storage into electricity systems globally, and to expand access to electricity in the developing world with new technologies with new system design and analysis tools such as geospatial electrification data models, detailed technical designs of off-grid sits and consulting services. Reja graduated from the Massachusetts institute of technology with a PhD in electrical engineering.
