Roland Rathelot is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick. He received a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics in 2010. His current research is on the evaluation of labour market policies, unemployment insurance, ethnic differentials on the labor market, and residential segregation. He is also a research affiliate at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and an external research fellow at the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CReAM).
