Rosina De Mucio currently works as Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at the International Growth Centre (IGC) where she leads on the development and implementation the IGC’S monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy.
Rosina holds an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in Sociology and Political Science from Universidad Católica in Uruguay. Prior to her role at the IGC, she was Manager of Social Projects at the Ministry of Interior in Uruguay where she coordinated community strategies for crime prevention. Her area of work is Social Policy and Programmes, particularly regarding social research processes and monitoring & evaluation in Latin America and Europe.
