Sandra is an urban development professional and a DPhil student at the University of Oxford. She worked previously as IGC’s country advisor for Jordan. Sandra has served as part of the Prime Minister’s Committee responsible for reviewing the Draft City of Amman Law and sat on the Economic & Social Council’s advisory team for the Amman Zoning By-Law. She worked as a consultant at the World Bank’s Social, Urban, Rural and Resilience Global Practice (GSURR) in the fields of urban management, tourism, and cultural heritage. She also served as the Head of the Planning and Design Unit at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and coordinated the Ministry’s World Bank & USAID portfolios.
