Sanjay Kumar is a senior civil servant of Government of India and having more than 30 years of experience in the Indian Administrative Service. He is currently the Additional Chief Secretary in the Education Department, Government of Bihar. He did BSc in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi and MSc in Physics from State University of New York.
