Sasidaran Gopalan is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the School of Public Policy, George Mason University, USA (specializing in international finance). He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Loyola College (Chennai, India) and a Masters degree in Economics from the Madras school of Economics (Chennai, India). After Spending a year post his graduation at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (Bangalore, India) he was based at the National University of Singapore (Singapore) for two years doing research work on international economics and policy issues concerning Asia. He has published several academic articles in refereed national and international journals and also contributed to book chapters in edited volumes.
