Tristan Reed is an applied economist at the World Bank's Development Research Group working on questions about industrial organisation relevant to economic development. Alongside research, Tristan supports World Bank advisory on economic policy and investment projects. Prior to joining the Bank, Tristan was a management consultant. A native of California, he holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and a B.A. summa cum laude from UCLA. He is a board member at The Sadie Collective, a non-profit that brings exceptional candidates to rewarding careers in economics and related fields.
