Ala Qasem is the Managing Director of the Executive Bureau for the Acceleration of Aid Absorption and Support for Policy Reforms, where he has advised the Prime Minister on various economic and development matters, among other things. Prior to joining the Executive Bureau, Ala was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of DeepRoot Consulting. He has an MPP from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
