Ben Edwards is a research associate with the Center on International Development and Governance at the Urban Institute. His research focuses on the interrelationships between local governance, decentralization, political economy, and urban service delivery. Ben holds a Masters in International Development Studies from the George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a BA in Psychology from Reed College in Portland, OR.
