Bharath Jairaj is a Senior Associate at World Resource Institute and is part of the Electricity Governance Initiative (EGI). EGI works with civil society organisations and policy makers in developing countries to promote transparency, accountability, and public participation in the electricity sector.
Bharath has a law degree from the National Law School of India, a Masters in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore and a Masters in Law from the National University of Singapore.
