David is a part-time Contracts Assistant at the IGC London Hub. He works on contracts relating to in-country project strategy management (PSM), memorandums of understanding and financial agreements.
He holds a BSc in Economic History and is currently studying for an MSc in Development Studies, both of which are from the London School of Economics. Prior to working at the IGC he interned within various development and policy organisations including Tata Power in Mumbai, Challenges Worldwide in Accra and the Civil Service in London. His interests are in understanding the long term historical role of institutions as engines for socio-economic development alongside energy policies relating to renewable energy producing technologies.
