Dipak Kumar Singh

Dipak Kumar Singh is the Principal Secretary of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Department, Government of Bihar. He is Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of 1992 batch and has handled several important portfolios in state government as well as Central government. Previously he was the Principal Secretary of Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar. He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) as well. He has also led important portfolios earlier like Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar (GOB), Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation. He has completed his MPhil in International Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and holds PG Diploma in International Law.
