Ghazan Jamal

Ghazan Jamal is the Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Excise and Taxation, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He was previously working with the IGC’s Pakistan program. He has also worked for the FATA Reforms Commission and several years of experience with World Bank, DFID, and other Pakistan based NGOs. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a minor in Human Rights from the Huber H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, USA.
