Gibrill Jalloh works for the Justice for the Poor (J4P) program in Sierra Leone. J4P do research and pilot small interventions on local level governance and Justice. J4P is currently working on issues of bottom-up transparency and accountability in mining and health. We are also studying paralegal justice initiatives to create an M&E mechanism.
