Jack  is a Policy and Research Officer for the Tax for Growth initiative at the International Growth Centre's London Hub.

Jack holds a MPA (Economic Policy) from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the IGC, he worked at the World Data Lab and the Harvard Growth Lab on applied research projects focused on Africa.

His research interests are varied within the realm of development economics and applied econometrics. Of particular interest, is the role that greater internet penetration can play in driving socioeconomic development.
