Research affiliates

 James Tybout is Professor of Economics at Pennsylvania State University, He received his bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Vanderbilt University and his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980. He taught at Georgetown University and is a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. He also served as a co-editor of the Journal of International Economics from 2002 through 2005 and is currently an associate editor for the Journal of International Economics and the Review of Economics and Statistics.  His research is on industrial sector problems in developing countries.
