Justine Ayebare

Justine Ayebare is a Principal Economist with the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. She holds a Masters in Policy Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, USA, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University.   She has been in the Ministry of Finance for over a decade and has contributed to various economic areas including but not limited to Public Financial Management reforms, Budgeting tools, Public Investment and macroeconomic policy in developing countries.
