Luke Fesko

Luke is an economics PhD student at Duke University. His areas of interest include development economics, particularly female empowerment and community driven development, and environmental economics, especially in the developing world. He is currently working with Dr. Erica Field (Duke University) and Dr. Chris Timmins (Duke University).
