Marian Sia Marrah Kondeh is a Country Research and Operations Manager at IGC Sierra Leone and Liberia. She works with researchers and policymakers to promote evidence-based policy. Before joining the IGC, Marian worked for the Office of the President (Government of Sierra Leone) as National Project Coordinator for the EU Fish Certification Project where she led several analyses to inform the Sierra Leone Fisheries policy. Previously, she served as a business development and capacity building Manager for the Welthungerhilfe(WAPFoR) Project that was looking at western area peninsula forest reserve and its watershed. Her research interests are in environmental economics, agriculture and food security, trade and energy policy. Marian holds an MSc in economics for natural resources and environmental management from the school of applied sciences Cranfield University in the United Kingdom, MBA (Human Resources Management), BSc in Economics, and PRINCE2 2009 Foundation in Project Management.
