Mr. Ravinder is the Ex-Chairperson and Member (Power Systems) of the Central Electricity Authority in New Delhi. He has been at the forefront of policy development on cross-border power trading in South Asia and has been an adviser to the Asian Development Bank on these issues. He has also played key roles in all aspects of the electricity market development in India in his official capacity and subsequently as a part-time adviser to the World Bank, Indian Electricity Exchange, PWC, TATA Power, etc.
