Richard Ough is the Senior Economist and Team Leader, Macro Stability and Growth, FCDO Pakistan. He is a senior economist and international development practitioner focused on economic development in large emerging markets. Mr. Ough’s career spans 12 years working on Nigeria's economic reforms, economic diplomacy and harnessing power of Nigeria's private sector for growth and job creation. He has an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
