Samiha Chowdhury was a Policy Economist at the International Growth Centre with a focus on firms, trade and productivity based at the London School of Economics. She holds a Bachelors in Economics from McGill University and Masters in Economics of Public Policy from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.

Prior to her current role, Samiha worked as an Economic Advisor in Rwanda’s Ministry of Trade and Industry with an ODI Fellowship followed by consultancies with United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and World Bank contributing to their reports for Rwanda on economic transformation and regional integration.
