Sipho Mwiza Muyangana is a former Cities Research and Policy Officer at IGC’s Cities that Work team based in Lusaka. She has expertise across several policy sectors from supporting the Zambian government scale up the Social Cash Transfer Programme, supporting the local government improve sanitation facilities in peri-urban areas of Lusaka, and measuring the impact of Career Development Centres at public universities in Iraq.
