Tanika Chakraborty

Tanika Chakraborty is Assistant Professor of economics at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. She is a Research Fellow at IZA Institute of Labor Economics, Bonn. Before this, she has held research positions with DIW (German Institute for Economic Research) Berlin. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis, and M.A. in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her research interest areas include applied econometrics, labour economics, development economics, and decision making.
