Researchers

Tim Ohlenburg was a Country Economist for the IGC in Uganda. Before joining the IGC, he worked for the Centre for Business and Economics Reserach, an economics consultancy in London. Previously, he was an Overseas Development Institute Fellow at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of Sierra Leone and freelanced as a financial journalist in China.  Tim holds an MA in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Edinburgh and MSc in economics from the London School of Economics.
