Zorobabel Bicaba is consultant at the African development Bank in the Office of the Chief Economist. Previously, he was a Post-Doctoral researcher at the Paris School of Economics where he worked on the evolution of financial regulation standards after the global financial crisis. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Researcher at the French Ministry of Finance. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris School of Economics and a M.A. in Development Economics from the University of Auvergne, Clermont 1 in France. His research interests are international macroeconomics, development economics, and international economics.
