Zubiar Bhatti

Zubair Bhatti is a Senior Public Sector Management Specialist with the World Bank. He joined the education unit in Islamabad in 2010 and switched to the governance unit last year. His work has focused on local governance, results based management, and ICT innovations for improved service delivery. Earlier, he served in the Pakistan administrative service for fourteen years as assistant commissioner, additional secretary and district coordination officer. He holds a Master in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA, and a Master in Business Administration from Imperial College, UK. He received his bachelors degree in Computer Science from University of Science and Technology, Beijing, China.
