Capacity building for monitoring & evaluation strategy for Rwanda Development Bank

This project has two objectives. The first is to produce an integrated study of trade performance and policy priorities that will be of benefit to the government and to DFID as it designs its growth programme. The second is to undertake a scoping visit to assist the Rwandan Development Bank (BRD) in formulating an approach to monitoring and evaluation for its programmes, particularly the Export Growth Facility.
