Assessing the impact of matching grants on business growth: Evidence from Sierra Leone SMEs

Working paper Firms, Trade and Sustainable Growth

This project evaluates whether grants improve business outcomes in developing countries by analysing their effects on revenue growth, job creation, expansion, and access to future finance. Using administrative and survey data, it provides evidence to guide more effective grant design and support inclusive private sector development.
