Working from home in Jordan: Adoption and implications

This project examines how the surge in working from home affects productivity and labour force participation in developing countries with strong internet penetration, including Bangladesh and Jordan. Using extended global survey data and matched employer-employee records, it evaluates impacts on aggregate productivity, worker welfare, and labour supply, particularly for women and workers with disabilities or care constraints.
